    detailed statistics (PDF)

Kent State University offers the MBA degree in three formats: a full-time (day), part-time / professional (evening) and executive (weekend) program.

This variety enables the College of Business Administration to meet the needs of a wide range of students. The full time MBA is generally suited to recent graduates or those with limited work experience. The Professional MBA program requires a minimum of two years or more of full time work experience after the bachelor’s degree. Graduate assistantships, based on academic and experiential achievements, are available to full-time students. Professional MBA courses are also offered at the Canton-based Kent Stark campus.

The degree, first awarded in 1950, has evolved into a broad-based program covering all disciplines of business. Instruction is diverse, encompassing case study, computer based and lecture style learning. Concentrations are available in Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Systems, International Business, and Marketing.

In addition to the MBA, Kent State offers the MA in Economics, the MS in Accounting, and the Ph.D. in Business Administration. The Kent campus provides a quiet and relaxed atmosphere for study, and is easily accessible to the major metropolitan areas of Cleveland, Akron and Pittsburgh. Graduate enrollment numbers 4,500 students, while total enrollment is over 27,000.
