The UD MBA Program is one of only a few in the country to offer a fully-integrated curriculum experience. Our AACSB accredited program offers a set of integrated core courses which are at the forefront of innovation in business school curricula. Reflective of true business practices, each core course is built upon business themes rather than a single business discipline. Our two-semester capstone experience provides valuable hands-on strategic experiences with a corporate client and is taught by a strategy professor and one or more executives-in-residence. Students who have completed our capstone experience and have competed in the Ohio Graduate Business Student Case Competition with other graduate schools have an outstanding record, with UD teams placing first in both 2006 and 2007.
A variety of electives supplement the curriculum with optional concentration tracks available in Accounting, Cyber-Security, Business Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, Finance, International Business, Management Information Systems and Marketing, Operations Management, and Technology-Enhanced Business/E-Commerce. Foundation courses are also offered in full and half-semester formats for students requiring preparation for the core curriculum.
You may begin the program at up to six convenient times during the year and may attend on a part-time or full-time basis. Our semester system accommodates both working professionals and those attending full-time. The flexible course schedule allows you to take courses at your own pace. Evening courses are supplemented with lunchtime and online course offerings. Study abroad opportunities are also provided in addition to a joint Juris Doctor / MBA Program for students wishing to obtain advanced degrees in both Law and Business.
Qualified students may begin the MBA Program for one semester prior to completion of the GMAT or GRE, and may apply for a limited number of Dean’s Fellowships or Graduate Assistantships.
