The University of Toledo offers both a Professional MBA and an Executive MBA Program. Both programs were designed with the working professional in mind.
Students interested in the Professional MBA program may start their program in any semester. The Professional MBA program can be completed while working full-time, as all classes in the program are offered after 5:00pm. Students may attend part-time or full-time. The University of Toledo allows students six years to complete the program. Students may choose to have a specialization in Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, International Business, Leadership, Marketing or Operations Management.
The Executive MBA is a lock-step program and meets one weekend per month (all day Friday and all day Saturday from 8 am-4 pm). EMBA students take 15 dynamic courses built around three major themes: Entrepreneurship, E-Business, and Globalization. This 12-month program also includes a 2-week international study trip. In addition to the aforementioned requirements for admission, five years of professional work experience is required. The program is unique in that it is the shortest time to completion of any Executive MBA program in the Midwest.
Applications are accepted throughout the year. For admission, a candidate needs at least a 2.7 undergraduate grade point average, a GMAT score of at least 450 as well as three letters of recommendation and a statement of purpose.
